Chongqing Zhiyang Machinery Co., Ltd. was selected for its innovative practices in core components. This selection aims to promote the implementation of the new "Future Factory + Industrial Brain" model and accelerate the integration of the four supply chains in the motorcycle industry.

As one of the first parts companies to connect to the Chongqing Motorcycle Industry Brain, Zhiyang Machinery has achieved real-time data exchange with vehicle manufacturers. "Through the Industrial Brain platform, we can predict fluctuations in automakers' parts demand and reduce the customized development cycle from 30 days to 15 days," said the technical director. The company has achieved six key technological breakthroughs, including intelligent environmental perception systems and lightweight transmission components. Its highly adaptable engine piston rings have been granted a national patent and are compatible with the full range of vehicles from 50cc to 1200cc.

It is reported that Chongqing will commence construction on 11 new motorcycle complete vehicle and core parts projects in 2024, continuously strengthening its industrial supporting capabilities. Zhiyang Machinery seized this opportunity and established a "one-stop supply" system, offering customers a full range of services from design and development to mass production. Currently, it serves over 200 suppliers worldwide, 35% of which are multinational automakers.
